Gaudiano è oggi Presidente e cto (chief technolology officer). di Icosystem, la società fondata con Eric Bonabeau. E’ stato chief scientist di Artificial Life, società basata su Natural Language Processing and Autonomous Agent Technology.

Fondatore di Aliseo Inc. società di trasferimento tecnologico tra Italia e USA. E’ specializzato nell’applicazione dei network neurali al controllo dei robot. Ha un M.S. in Aerospace Engineering, e un Dottorato in Cognitive and Neural Systems.

E’ partner con Icosystem del celebre Santa Fe Institute e “Senior Lecturer” presso la Tufts University
